Data Engineer – ADF & Snowflake

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Experience:

– Minimum of 8+ years of experience in data engineering.

– Extensive experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Snowflake.

– Strong experience in SQL, Python, and other relevant programming languages.

– Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.

Technical Skills:

– In-depth knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.

– Proficiency in designing and implementing ETL processes.

– Hands-on experience with Snowflake features such as Snowpipe, Time Travel, and Cloning.

– Strong understanding of data modeling techniques

Soft Skills:

– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

– ready to work with US based clients

Preferred Qualifications:

– Knowledge of other cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.

– Experience with CI/CD practices and tools like Jenkins or GitLab.

Skills:

Must have: webdriver.io, cucumber, java script for UI testing

pactumJS and cucumber for API testing

nice to have: JMeter and Blazemeter for performance testing

Technical Skills Required:

Proficient in the following Scripting languages: JavaScript, C#
Strong experience of Mobile Testing and API test automation
Experience of using AzureDevOps for End-to-End Test delivery
Repository, CI/CD Pipeline management experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions
Experience of Test Automation using: WebDriver IO, Sauce Labs and Selenium

Keyskills:

Product Roadmapping, Stakeholder Management, Requirements Gathering and Analysis, Business Process Definition, MS Office/Google Docs, Wireframing, Leadership

Experience Requirements:

A track record of shipping high-impact software products at scale, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business teams, design teams, development teams.
3+ years of key stakeholder management including senior leadership.
Experience in facilitating workshops with key stakeholders to outline the vision, objective, product roadmap and release plan.
Experience in discovering customer pain points, prioritizing and mapping the path from current state to future state.

Must have skills:

Attention to process, design and detail.
Agile working skills
Ability to build and bring together teams.
Ability to model business processes using a variety of tools and communicate them to the client and design/development teams.
Well-versed with technology and product trends.

Good to have:

Experience with startups and/or large government projects is an advantage.
Nice to have: Lean Six Sigma certifications
